Warnock said: "When I was at Crystal Palace, I remember the two coaches pulling up and I said, 'Chuck a bucket of cold water on their dressing room floor'. Can you imagine all the staff coming in and they're looking at the floor? He came into my little office at Crystal Palace, did Jose, for a cup of tea and he never said anything. Can you imagine all them multi-millionaires, they'll have their feet wet and they'll be moaning."

Guardiola said: "Neil, like Sam Allardyce, like Mr (Harry) Redknapp, have been legends in this country, have made English football a better place for sure. I admire them a lot for the contribution they have made in world football for different perspectives, different ways."
